  1. 4 smalls Zucchini -- halved then

  2. Sliced (about 3 cups)

  3. 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice

  4. 2 teaspoons WATKINS Garlic Liquid Spice

  5. 2 cups Thinly sliced onions

  6. 3 larges Tomatoes -- coarsely

  7. Chopped 1 tablespoon White wine vinegar

  8. 1 teaspoon WATKINS Basil Liquid Spice

  9. 1 1/2 teaspoon WATKINS Parsley

  10. teaspoon Salt

  11. teaspoon WATKINS red pepper flakes

  12. 6 cups Hot cooked ziti pasta

  13. (about 12 ounces dry)

  14. WATKINS garlic and chives

  15. Seasoning -- as desired

  1. In small bowl, combine zucchini and lemon juice;toss well. In a large skillet, with a cover, heat Garlic Liquid Spice over medium heat. Stir in zucchini and onion;saute' 3 to 4 minutes. Add tomatoes, and next 5 ingredients;bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes. Toss with hot pasta. Sprinkle with Garlic and Chives Seasoning.
