Pumpkin Pecan Pie

    1. 3 eggs

    2. 1 c. cooked pumpkin

    3. 1/3 c. sugar

    4. 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

    5. 2/3 c. corn syrup

    6. 1/2 c. sugar

    7. 3 tbsp. melted butter

    8. 1/2 tsp. vanilla

    9. 1 c. pecan halves

    10. 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell

    1. Stir together 1 slightly beaten egg, pumpkin, 1/3 cup sugar, and pie spice. Spread over bottom of pie shell. Combine 2 beaten eggs, corn syrup, 1/2 cup sugar, butter, and vanilla. Stir in nuts. Spoon over pumpkin mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes or until filling is set.
