  2. Serves 2 2 pounds pork loin ribs

  3. Dry Spice Rub (recipe follows)

  4. 4 cups canned tomato sauce

  5. 1/2 cup diced tomato

  6. 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar

  7. 1/4 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  8. 2 tablespoons dried onion

  9. 1/4 cup soy sauce

  10. 1/4 cup water

  11. Coleslaw and grilled corn on the cob as accompaniments

  12. 4 to 6 hours.

  13. 1/2 cup Dry Spice Rub and cook over very low heat for 3 hours.

  14. 3 to 5 hours. Brush with sauce during last minutes of cooking. Serve with remaining sauce, coleslaw, and corn.

  15. Dry Spice Rub

  16. 1 cup chili powder

  17. 1 tablespoon garlic granules

  18. 1 teaspoon onion powder

  19. 1/2 teaspoon cumin

  20. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

  21. 2 tablespoons seasoned salt

  22. In a jar combine all ingredients well and store in a dry place, covered, until ready to use.
