  1. 1 lb. cremini

  2. mushrooms, sliced

  3. 1/3 cup half-and-half

  4. or light cream

  5. 1/4 cup water

  6. 1/4 tsp. salt

  7. 1/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper

  8. 1 4 1/2 oz. package 7" French-style crepes

  9. 8 thin slices baked

  10. ham or turkey ham

  11. 6 oz. Gruyere or Swiss

  12. cheese, shredded

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Heat 12" non-stickskillet over medium heat until hot.

  3. Add mushrooms - cook 7minutes or until browned and tender, stirring occasionally.

  4. Add half-and-half, water,salt, and pepper, and cook 1 minute longer, stirring.

  5. Transfer to small bowl.

  6. Top 8 crepes, browned sidedown, with 1 slice ham, 2 Tbs. cheese, and 1/4 cup mushroommixture.

  7. Roll and place in shallowbroiling pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and Bake 5minutes or until hot and edges are lightly browned.
