  7. 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  1. Add dry ingredients into wet very gently until no flour can be seen. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full and bake in preheated over at 375 degrees for 18 minutes or until lightly browned. VARIATIONS: Add 2 tbsp. grated or chopped orange zest and 1 cup coarsely chopped cranberries. OR 2 small mashed bananas and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts OR 2 cups of Fruit of your choice. Add: Chocolate Chips, Coconut, Apples and butterscotch chips *
