  2. 1 Cup instant potato

  3. 3 1/2 Tsp. b.pwd

  4. 2 Tlb.butter

  5. 1 1/4 Tsp. b.soda

  6. 1/2 Cup boiling water

  7. 1 Tsp. salt

  8. 1 egg

  9. 1/4 Tsp. nutmeg

  10. 1 Cup sour cream

  11. 1/4 Tsp. cinnamon

  12. 1/2 Cup sugar

  13. 1 Tsp. vanilla

  14. 2 1/4 Cups flour

  1. Combine potatoes, butter and boiling water in large mixer bowl, add rest ofingredients except flour. Blend in 1 1/2 cup flour. Stir in remaining flourby hand. Knead dough about five times on floured board. Pat out about 1/2inch thick and cut with donut cutter. Fry indeep fat 400* about 30 seconds on each side. Drain on paper towels. Frost orroll in cinnamon sugar. makes 2 dozen
