  1. 10 cups popped popcorn

  2. 1/2 cup sugar

  3. 1/2 cup light corn syrup

  4. 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

  5. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. Place popcorn in a large bowl; set aside. In a saucepan over medium heat, bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from the heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla; mix well. Pour over popcorn and mix until well coated. Press into a buttered 13-in. x 9-in. pan. Cool slightly before cutting. Yield: 2 dozen.
