  1. 1 tablespoon 15ml Margarine or butter

  2. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Chopped green or red pepper

  3. 1 Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom

  4. 10 3/4 oz 1/2 cup 118ml Milk

  5. 1 1/2 cups 93g / 3 1/3oz Cubed cooked chicken or ham

  6. 4 cups 640g / 22oz Hot cooked rice

  1. In medium saucepan over medium heat, heat margarine. Add pepper and cook until tender.

  2. Add soup, milk and chicken. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.

  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.

  4. TIP: For 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken, in medium saucepan over medium heat, in 4 cups boiling water, cook 3/4 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts or thighs, cubed, 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

  5. Variation: Substitute 4 hot baked potatoes, split for rice. To bake potatoes, pierce potatoes with fork. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or microwave on HIGH 10 1/2 to 12 1/2 minutes or until fork-tender.
