    1. 2 (8oz each) packages Philadelphia Brand Cream cheese

    2. 3 eggs

    3. 2/3 cup sugar

    4. 8 oz sour cream

    5. 3 Tablespoons sugar

    6. 1tsp vanilla

    7. 2/3 cup sugar until very smooth-about 5 minutes. Pour into a greased

    8. 9" pie plate. Bake at

    9. 25 minutes. Cool

    10. 20 minutes. Mix sour cream,

    11. 1 tsp. sugar and vanilla until smooth. Pour over top of cooled cheese cake. Bake at

    12. 350 F for 10 minutes.
