  4. 2 lg. carrots, grated

  5. 1 lg. tomato, chopped

  6. 1 thinly sliced sweet onion

  7. Good Seasons garlic and herb dressing mix, prepared with olive oil and red wine vinegar

  8. Parmesan cheese

  1. Place pasta and vegetables in a large bowl. Toss with dressing to taste; chill. Before serving, toss with Parmesan cheese.
