  1. 2 c Chick peas, soaked

  2. 1 1/2 c Coconut milk

  3. 1 md Tomato, chopped

  4. 3 ea Garlic cloves, crushed

  5. 1 ea Garlic clove, minced

  6. 1 1/2 ts Turmeric

  7. Cook peas ni enough water to cover until they are about half done. Drain them, then add the coconut milk to the pot along with the tomato & spices. Continue to boil until the peas are tender. Serve hot with rice.
