  1. 1/4 cup 59ml Red wine vinegar or rice wine

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Water

  3. 1 1/2 tablespoons 22ml Apple juice concentrate

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Garlic powder

  5. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Onion powder

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Fresh lemon juice

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Low-sodium soy sauce

  8. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Dijon mustard no-salt added

  9. 1 Red (cayenne) pepper

  2. When mixture is well blended, place in refrigerator until served.
