  1. Mazola No Stick cooking spray

  2. 1 c. flour

  3. 1 c. quick oats

  4. 1/2 c. sugar

  5. 1/2 tsp. salt

  6. 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  7. 1/2 tsp. baking soda

  8. 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

  9. 2 egg whites

  10. 1/3 c. Karo light or dark corn syrup

  11. 1 tsp. vanilla

  12. 1/2 c. raisins

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray cookie sheets with cooking spray. In large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Stir in egg whites, corn syrup and vanilla until well mixed. Add raisins. (Batter will be stiff.) Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake 10 minutes or until firm. Do not overbake. Remove; cool on wire rack. Makes 2 1/2 dozen. Preparation Time: 20 minutes.
