  1. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Top sirloin steak - cut 1 1/4 1 lb 454g / 16oz Green - red, and yellow (large)

  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Oil

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon pepper

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  1. Recipe Instructions Cut peppers in half lengthwise; trim and remove seeds. Cut each half into thirds. Combine oil and lemon pepper; brush over peppers. Place beef top sirloin steak and peppers on grid over ash-covered coals. Grill 16 to 20 minutes, turning steak once and the peppers occasionally. Season steak and peppers with salt. Carve steak into thin slices and serve with grilled peppers.
