  1. Roast Chicken

  2. 1 defrosted whole chicken, giblets removes, rinsed and patted dry

  3. olive oil

  4. crushed or grated garlic (or powder)

  5. celery salt

  6. rock salt (Hawaiian salt white or red)

  7. pepper

  8. 350 degrees. Coat whole chicken with oil

  9. fresh garlic if using fresh) in and out. Sprinkle rest of ingredients

  10. over whole chicken inside and outside.

  11. Using one of those upright roasting holders, bake until cooked and golden brown outside (interior temp 185F).

  12. The skin drains all the fat off into pan underneath and gets crispy
