2 tablespoons of dark rum, cognac, or flavored liqueur

One 14 ounce can of low fat sweetened, condensed milk

One package of chocolate instant pudding mix

One cup of cold water

One container of frozen light non-dairy topping (such as fat-free Cool Whip), thawed

One tablespoon of dark rum, cognac or flavored liqueur

2 extremely ripe Haas avocadoes

cup of coconut milk

cup dark cocoa powder

1 teaspoon of vanilla

4 packets of stevia, Splenda, or other artificial sweetener

cup of strong coffee or espresso, cooled
