  1. for Rainbow Rotini Pasta Salad

  2. 16 oz. tri-color rotini pasta, cooked and cooled

  3. 1/4 lb. pepperoni sausage, sliced

  4. 1 cup fresh broccoli florets, chopped

  5. 16 oz. black olives, drained and sliced

  6. 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese

  7. 16 oz. Italian salad dressing

  8. 2 tbsp. minced garlic

  1. Place pasta in a large serving bowl and add the pepperoni, chopped broccoli, garlic, and mozzarella.

  2. Drizzle salad dressing over top of pasta and toss or mix lightly until the pasta is well coated.

  3. Cover bowl and place in refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
