  1. 450 gm green crab,

  2. 1 tsp chopped garlic

  3. 30 gm ginger, shredded

  4. 1 tbsp cornflour

  5. Seasoning:

  6. 3 tbsp honey

  7. 1 tsp light soy sauce

  8. 1 tsp seafood paste

  9. 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine

  10. 1/4 cup water

  1. Remove shell of crab, scrape inner parts, clean well. Cut into 8 pieces. Pat crab claws, mix with cornflour.

  2. Heat up oil, deep fry crab until shells turn red. Dish and drain.

  3. Heat wok with 1 tbsp of oil, stir fry chopped garlic and ginger till fragrant. Return crab and follow by seasoning, stir well until gravy is thick.
