  1. 14 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

  2. 1 cup mayonnaise

  3. 1 cup parmesan cheese

  4. 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

  5. 1 loaf French or Italian bread , cut lengthwise

  1. Combine ingredients and spread on bread halves.

  2. Bake for 20 mins at 350°, or until golden brown.

  3. Cut into 2" slices and serve warm.
