  1. 1 tablespoon Brown sugar

  2. 1 tablespoon Sweet paprika

  3. 1 teaspoon Dry mustard

  4. 1 teaspoon Ground allspice

  5. teaspoon Pepper

  6. 2 eaches

  7. 6 oz 1 thick tenderloin steaks

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in small bowl. (Can be prepared 1 week ahead. Store in airtight container.) Prepare Barbecue (high heat). Rub spice mixture generously into both sides of steaks. Grill steaks to desired doneness, about 3 minutes per side for medium-rare. Serve hot.
