  1. 1 (12-ounce) package frozen corn souffle

  2. 1 (10-ounce) package frozen lima beans, thawed

  3. 4 green onions, chopped

  4. 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

  5. 1 small red bell pepper, diced

  6. 1/4 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs

  1. Thaw corn souffle in microwave at MEDIUM (50% power) 6 to 7 minutes.

  2. Stir together corn souffle and next 4 ingredients until blended, and spoon into a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.

  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
