  1. 4 Green onions

  2. 2 Jalapenos (seeded)

  3. 1/3 c Lemon juice

  4. 1/4 c Honey

  5. 2 tb Veg oil

  6. 2 tb Fresh thyme leaves OR 2 ts Dried thyme leaves

  7. 1/2 ts Salt

  8. 1/4 ts Ground allspice

  9. 1/4 ts Nutmeg

  10. 6 Boneless, skinless chicken

  11. 2-6 hours. No longer than

  12. 6 hours. Grill chicken and brush with marinade. Note: I used serranos chilies instead of jalapenos.
