  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Dark rum

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Cinnamon

  5. 4 Bananas - sliced

  6. 1/2" rounds Vanilla ice cream - for serving Mint sprigs - for garnish

  1. Recipe Instructions In a large saute pan over medium heat, add butter and melt. Add brown sugar and stir until melted. Remove pan from heat and add rum. Return pan to the heat and stir until a light caramel forms. Add the bananas and toss to coat. Serve over vanilla ice cream and garnish with a sprig of mint. This recipe yields 4 servings.
