  1. 2 cups cooked diced chicken

  2. 1 cup cooked rice

  3. 1 cup mixed vegetable s, drained and rinsed well

  4. 1/4 tsp. basil

  5. 1/4 tsp. thyme Salt & pepper to taste

  6. 2 cups self-rising flour 1-cup whole milk

  7. 1 can cream of chicken soup

  1. In a large deep casserole dish add the flour, & seasonings. Mix the milk & soup together & blend well, adding to flour mixture & stirring with a fork until it is blended, (some small lumps will remain, that is what gives it the home cooked feel). Mix chicken, rice & vegetables together & pour into the center of the flour mixture. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 45 minutes to an hour, or until light golden brown & bubbly.
