  1. 1/2 cup coconut milk

  2. 1/2 cup whole milk

  3. 5 ounces good-quality milk chocolate, coarsely chopped

  4. 1 tbsp carob powder Anise Butterscotch schnapps

  1. Combine coconut milk, milk, and anise in a small saucepan over medium heat and cook until simmering, about 4 minutes. Add chocolate and carob and whisk until completely melted and well incorporated, about 2 minutes. Serve. Top with 1/2 shot of butterscotch schnapps and enjoy.
