  3. 1 ts Vanilla

  4. 1/2 ts Coconut extract

  5. 1/2 c Chopped walnuts

  6. 2 c Dry cereal

  1. Servings: 40 cookies In a large bowl, beat egg whites.

  2. Gradually add sugar, continue beating until fluffy.

  3. Add vanilla, coconut extract, walnuts and cereal.

  4. Blend all ingredients.

  5. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto nonstick baking sheet.

  6. Bake at 400 deg until cookies are lightly browned.

  7. Variation: use chopped almonds and almond extract Note* A baker suggested 300 degrees for 10 minutes. Oven temperatures do vary.
