  2. 3 Ripe bananas

  3. 2 Apples (Red or Yellow Delicious)

  4. 2 Ripe pears

  5. 3/4 cup 120g / 4 1/5oz Raisins

  6. 1/2 cup 118ml Apple juice

  1. Peel apples, pears, and bananas. Cut all fruit into small pieces, add raisins, pour apple juice over the fruit, cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled. Fresh grated or unsweetened coconut flakes may be added if desired.
