  1. 250g rich tea biscuits, crushed

  2. 75g plain chocolate chips

  3. 25g mini marshmallows

  4. 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa

  5. 1 (397g) tin sweetened condensed milk

  6. 45g desiccated coconut

  1. Combine the biscuits, chocolate chips, marshmallows, cocoa, 45g coconut and condensed milk in a large bowl. Mix well using your hands or a sturdy spatula.

  2. Using slightly wet hands, roll about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into balls, keeping them all the same size. Roll the balls into the remaining coconut.

  3. Place the balls onto a baking parchment-lined tray. Chill for 30 minutes or until set.
