    3. 1 teaspoon lemon juice

    4. 3/4 cup self rising flour

    5. 2 teaspoon cinnamon

    6. 1 teaspoon ginger

    7. 1 teaspoon vanilla Mix all ingredients, pour into baking sheet.Bake for 15 minutes at

    8. 350 degrees. Filling:

    9. 1 large package cream cheese- softened

    10. 3 tablespoons margarine - softened

    11. 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar - sifted

    1. Cool cake in pan for 20 minutes. Take cake out of pan, cut off edges, and wrap warm cake in a towel. Place wrapped cake in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Unroll, spread filling on cake and roll back up. Wrap back up and keep in refrigerator.
