    5. 1 lb Ground beef

    6. 1 ea Chopped onion

    7. 1 x Salt to taste

    8. 1 ea Clove garlic

    9. 1 pk Taco shells

    10. 1 c Green chili or taco sauce

    11. Saute' the beef and onion until brown. Salt to taste. Add garlic if

    12. desired. Place a heaping tablespoon of meat mixture in each shell and stuff with lettuce, tomato and cheese. Serve with the chili or taco

    13. sauce and top with sour cream or guacamole for an added treat.
