  1. 4 pk Rainbow trout

  2. 6 to 8 1/8ts Ground allspice

  3. 1/4ts Salt

  4. 2 tb Dry white wine Melted

  5. 2 tb Margarine or butter,

  6. 1/3c Diced fruits and raisins

  7. 1 c Unseasoned croutons -- FRUIT STUFFING --

  8. 1 tb Lemon juice Butter, melted

  9. 2 tb Margarine or (about 12 ounces each) Ounces each 1 Green onion (with top), chop

  1. + Directions : Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease jelly roll pan, 15-1/2 X 10-1/2 X 1 inch. Stuff fish with Fruit Stuffing. Close openings with skewers or wooden picks if necessary. Place fish in pan. Mix margarine and lemon juice. Drizzle over fish. Bake uncovered 15 to 18 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

  2. SERVINGS; 530 CALORIES EACH. To Grill: Grease wire grill. Place stuffed fish on grill. Cover and grill about 4 inches from medium coals 12 to 15 minutes, turning fish once and brushing occasionally with margarine mixture, until fish flakes easily with fork. FRUIT STUFFINGMix all ingredients until liquid is absorbed.
