  2. Tuna Salad Casserole

  7. 2 7 oz cans tuna in oil -- drained and flaked

  8. 1 10 3/4 oz can cream of celery soup

  9. 3 hard-boiled eggs -- chopped

  10. 1 1/2 cups diced celery

  11. 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  12. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  13. 1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips

  14. Combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup of the crushed potatoe chips; stir well.

  15. Pour into greased Crock-Pot. Top with reserved potato chips. Cover and cook

  16. 5 to 8 hours.
