  1. 3 cups 711ml Vanilla-flavored custard-style

  2. Low-fat or nonfat yogurt

  3. 1 cup 237ml Coconut milk

  4. (found on drink mix aisle of market)

  5. 14 Ice cubes

  6. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Crushed pineapple

  7. 1 Ripe banana - peeled, and Cut into chunks 1 Fresh ginger root - (1" long) - grated

  8. 2 Stem strawberries - garnish (large)

  1. Combine yogurt, coconut milk, ice cubes, pineapple, banana and grated ginger in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy. Serve in tall glasses and garnish with a large stem strawberry.
