  1. 1 c Brown rice, uncooked

  2. 2 c Water

  3. 1 lb Asparagus, cut into -2' pieces

  4. 1/2 lb Mushrooms, chopped

  5. 1 md Onion, chopped

  6. 1/4 c Cashews or sunflower seeds

  7. 4 Eggs

  8. 4 Cloves garlic, minced

  9. 1 ts Black pepper

  10. 1 ts Marjoram

  11. 1/4 c Grated mozzarella cheese

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cook the rice, then mix with everything else except the cheese. Pour into a greased 8′ by 8′ baking pan, and sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake for 40 minutes. —–
