  1. Ingredients :

  2. 1 bag small frozen meatballs from grocery store (defrosted)

  3. 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, condensed

  4. 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, condensed

  5. 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk

  6. 1/2 cup sour cream

  7. 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

  8. Salt and pepper

  9. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

  1. Preparation :

  2. Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray and place in the meatballs.

  3. In another medium bowl, mix the soups with the sour cream, evaporated milk and nutmeg mix until smooth.

  4. Add salt and pepper to taste Pour over the meatballs.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 30 - 40 minutes.

  6. Add fresh parsley on top before serving.
