  7. 8 oz Sugar

  8. 8 oz Margarine

  9. 6 oz Glace cherries

  10. 2 oz Ground almonds

  11. 1 t Almond extract

  12. 4 Eggs

  13. 1/2 c Milk

  14. 1. Cream margarine and sugar. Add egg yolks, beat well, then add

  15. flour, milk, glace cherries, ground almonds, and extract. Beat

  16. egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture.

  17. 2. Fold mixture into a greased and lined 7 cake tin. Bake at
