1 cup chopped, potatoes -- peeled

1 cup chopped carrots

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 teaspoon celery seed

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 14 1/2 oz cans vegetable broth -- or chicken broth

1 16 oz jar processed cheese

8 to 10 hours or on High

4 to 5 hours. Turn to High if using Low. Stir chees into Crock-Pot. Cover and cook
