  1. 1 cup zesty Italian salad dressing

  2. 7 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts, chopped

  3. 3 cups cubed cooked chicken

  4. 1 red bell pepper, chopped

  5. 10 oz.pkg. mixed salad greens

  1. Combine salad dressing and the artichoke hearts, including liquid, in large salad bowl. Stir in chicken and red pepper. Cover and chill well until ready to serve. Just before serving stir in the mixed salad greens, toss gently, and serve. Serves 8
