  3. 1 cup soft breadcrumbs

  4. 3/4 cup Burgundy

  5. 1 can mushroom stems and pieces (4 oz.) -- drained

  6. 2 teaspoons onion salt

  7. 1 teaspoon dry mustard

  8. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  9. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  10. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  11. 8 hamburger buns

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients, mixing well. Shape into 8 patties. Broil or grill 4 to 5 inches from heat 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Serve in hamburger buns, if desired.
