  1. 3 lbs 1362g / 48oz Halibut - cut into 6 serving

  2. 3/4 Thick Salt and pepper to taste

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Paprika

  4. 2 Garlic cloves - minced

  5. 1/4 cup 23g / 0.8oz Minced fresh parsley

  6. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Seasoned bread crumbs

  7. 2 Lemons - sliced, plus

  8. 2 more sliced for garnish

  9. 1 tablespoon 15ml Butter

  1. Preheat oven to 375F Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt and pepper and paprika. Place fish in a buttered shallow baking dish and sprinkle with garlic, parsley and breadcrumbs. Place lemon slices on fish and add water almost to top of fish.

  2. Bake uncovered 20-30 minutes until fish is firm and crumbs are golden brown. Remove lemon slices, dot with butter and place under broiler until browned. Garnish with thin lemon slices.
