Preparation : place beef into freezer until firm slice into paper-thin strips combine beef with remaining ingredients-mix well cover and chill for 4-24 hours, drain well arrange meat onto racks, in a single layer place racks into foil-lined roasting pans bake @ 250 degrees for 30 minutes bake @ 200 degrees for 30 minutes bake @ 175 degrees for 30-60 minutes, until completely dried (without burning) remove from oven, allow to air dry for 24 hours seal in airtight containers serve at room temperature
