  1. 2 cups light mayonnaise

  2. 1 1/2 cups old cheddar cheese , grated

  3. 1 1/2 cups chopped onions

  4. some chopped green peppers or red pepper

  1. Mix all ingredients and put in baking dish.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.

  3. Add a few green/red peppers mixed in and sprinkled on top if desired.

  4. Serve with potato chips and/or anything else dippable- bread sticks, vegetables, flatbread, pita etc.
