  1. 1-1/2 cups low fat milk

  2. 4 tbsp unsalted butter, at room temperature

  3. 4 tbsp maple syrup

  4. 2 large eggs, at room temperature

  5. 1 tsp cider vinegar

  6. 2 tsp salt

  7. 1-3/4 cups brown rice flour

  8. 1 cup cornstarch

  9. 1 cup potato starch

  10. 1/2 cup tapioca flour

  11. 1/2 cup amaranth flour

  12. 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts

  13. 2-1/4 tsp xanthan gum

  14. 1-1/4 tsp gelatin

  15. 2-1/4 tsp active dry instant yeast, or bread machine yeast

  1. Add milk, butter, maple syrup, eggs, and cider vinegar to bread pan fitted with kneading paddle. Combine remaining ingredients, except yeast, in separate mixing bowl; add to bread pan. Mix in yeast. Place bread pan in bread maker. Set for gluten free and a 2 lb loaf. While dough is kneading, scrape sides of pan to incorporate ingredients. When baked, remove bread and transfer to wire rack to cool.
