  1. 3 tablespoons 45ml Oil - olive

  2. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Pepper - freshly ground

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Parsley - chopped

  4. 1 Tomatoes - italian, drained

  5. 1 Garlic clove - chopped (large)

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Oregano

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Onion - chopped (small)

  9. 1 tablespoon 15ml Butter

  1. Sauteegarlic and onion in oil. Add tomatoes, parsley, salt, pepper, and oregano and butter, and simmer uncovered 15 to 20 minutes. Correct seasoning if necessary.
