  3. 1/2 cup olive oil

  4. 1 tablespoon white pepper

  5. 1 tablespoon black peppercorns crushed

  6. 1 teaspoons oregano crushed

  7. 2 garlic cloves minced

  8. 1 teaspoons salt

  9. 1/2 cup Chianti

  10. 1/2 cup soy sauce

  11. 1/2 cup cider vinegar

  12. 4 tablespoons honey

  13. 1 tablespoon chili powder

  14. Mix well. Pour over meat cover and refrigerate for 6-24 hours. Use

  15. as a basting sauce also.
