  1. 2 c Cooked rice

  2. 1 tb Cooking oil

  3. 2 tb Sesame oil

  4. 1/4c Peas

  5. 1/4c Finely diced red pepper

  6. 1/2c Bean sprouts

  7. 1/2c Broccoli florets

  8. 3 tb Soy sauce

  1. + PREPARE RICE ACCORDING to directions and set overnight in the refrigerator, covered.

  2. Place a large skillet over medium heat on the stove, add the oils, peas, pepper, sprouts and broccoli.

  3. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute.

  4. Add the rice and soy sauce and cook, stirring for another 5 minutes.

  5. (Cover the skillet and add additional time if using frozen rice.

  6. ) Scoop rice into a serving dish and serve immediately.
