  1. 1 large pizza pan (14") with curved sides

  2. 10 large green lettuce leaves

  3. 10 large spinach leaves washed and deveined

  4. 8-10 large round slices deli-sliced Virginia Ham

  5. 1/4 lb hard salami sliced thin

  6. 10 slices provolone cheese

  7. 3 large tomatoes sliced thin

  8. 1 green pepper, washed, seeded and sliced into rings

  9. 1 yellow pepper washed, seeded and sliced into rings

  10. 1 red onion sliced thin

  11. 1 jar/can drained mushrooms sliced

  12. 1 jar asparagus drained

  13. 1 jar pimentos or roasted red peppers drained and sliced

  14. 10 marinated artichoke heart halves

  15. 2 hard boiled eggs sliced

  16. 15 black olives...more if you prefer

  17. 2 cans flat anchovy filets drained

  18. 1 Pkg Good Season't Cheese-garlic or garlic Herb dry salad dressing mix - prepared according to package direction

  19. 2 hours ahead of time to allow flavors to blend.

  20. Any other favorite antipasto ingredient..example hot peppers, green stuffed olives, etc.

  1. Preparation:

  2. Starting with lettuce, line the pizza pan with each ingredient. Layering lettuce than spinach, ham, cheese, salami...etc. finishing with olives. (Any other favorite salad ingredient may be used, example: drained oil packed tuna in chunks or pieces of broccoli florets decorously placed.) When finished, you have a beautiful salad wheel reminiscent of a pizza, that can be prepared several hours ahead, covered and refrigerated. Just before serving, pour salad dressing over all. Anchovies may be added to the top or served on the side if desired. Cut into 10 pieces with a pizza cutter and serve with a wedge-shaped serving utensil.

  3. Stand back and listen to the raves! Not only does this make a beautiful presentation, it also tastes wonderful and serves very easy.
