  2. 1 large onion -- sliced

  3. 4 large garlic cloves -- crushed

  4. 1 pound ground beef

  5. 14 1/2 ounces stewed tomatoes

  6. 14 ounces italian sauce -- save jar-or use

  7. -- can of spaghetti

  8. -- sauce

  9. garlic salt

  10. oregano

  11. mint

  12. parsley -- dried

  13. pepper

  1. Brown meat. Add garlic salt and then onion and garlic. Stir. Add stewed tomatoes and spaghetti sauce. Stir. Add oregano, mint, parsley, and pepper. Mix. Then fill 1/2 of jar w/ water and add to sauce. Add more water if needed later. Cook on high until bubbling. Turn down to low heat and cook for at least an hour.
