  1. 1 c Raisins (dark or golden)

  2. 1/2 c Unsweetened apple juice

  3. 1 c Whole wheat flour

  4. 1/2 ts Baking soda

  5. 1 ts Baking powder

  6. 1 ts Ground cinnamon

  7. 1/4 ts Ground nutmeg

  8. 1/4 ts Ground cloves

  9. 1 Egg

  10. 2 tb Vegetable oil

  11. 8 inch square pan. Sprinkle on the grated orange rind. Bake in a
