  1. Hot Cabbage Salad with Soya Beans

  2. 2 tspn olive oil

  3. 1 lge brown onion, sliced

  4. 1/4 tspn mixed herbs

  5. 1 lge carrot, grated coarsely

  6. 1/2 a green cabbage, shredded medium fine

  7. 1 cup cooked or canned soya beans

  8. 1 dessertspoon pumpkin seeds (pepitas) or sunflower seeds

  9. 1/2 tspn salt if desired.

  10. Heat oil in a lge pan. Add onion and saute until tender. Add

  11. carrot, cabbage and herbs and stir gently until just tender (don't

  12. overcook). Add well drained soya beans and heat through. Just

  13. before serving, sprinkle with seeds and salt if using.
